IDC CIO Forum

Changing Leadership Strategy for the Digital Era

Milano, Italy

Raising the Profile of the CIO

The IDC CIO Forum is designed to provide CIOs and digital business leaders with insight into the critical trends, rising opportunities, and new strategic options for improving IT and business efficiency in the coming years.

Overview

As digital technologies have pervaded business, the notion of IT as the owner and manager of enterprise technology has evaporated. Technology is embedded into every role in the business. Technology innovation is no longer solely the province of CIOs; in fact, much innovation is occurring in line-of- business units.

For CIOs, that means adapting to a significant shift in power and authority from setting standards and policies and directing the use of technology to devising change leadership strategies to work with and guide LOB peers to "do the right thing" with their technology investments and initiatives.

Why Attend?

If you want to:

  • Get actionable guidance for managing and communicating IT investment priorities and implementation strategies
  • Learn how to keep IT and LOB organizations informed, coordinated, and working together toward common goals
  • Find out which cost-saving measures IT leaders should prioritize
  • Discuss how to become a "hub" for enterprise digital change collaboration and lead the transformation agenda

Then register for the upcoming IDC CIO Summit 2024!
